Chipolata sausages

These chipolata sausages are common in the UK and are most often associated with Christmas time, although they are great at any time of the year.  They are often relatively thin and short in size.  Chipolata sausages are quick and easy to cook and taste great. There really is no excuse for not putting them on the menu next time you are cooking, especially at Christmas time.

Cooking chipolata sausages

  1. Place the sausages on a clean baking tray
  2. Put them in a pre-heated oven at 190°C (Gas Mark 5) for about 10–12 minutes or until cooked
