Seasoned flour – simple but effective

Making seasoned flour is one of the easiest cookery skills in the kitchen but adds great taste to many dishes.  It only takes a few seconds to do but is well worth doing.  People may ask why something as simple as this is being shown, but as with most things, once you have seen how to do it, everything seems easy!

 

Method

Place the flour into a clean bowl and season it with salt and pepper.  Mix well to finish off.
