How to peel celeriac
- Cut off the bottom of the celeriac to form a flat base that will stand firmly on the chopping board.
- Hold the celeriac firmly in one and using a sharp knife, slice the skin off the celeriac, working from top to bottom.
- You can now cut it into whatever shape you require.
How to grate celeriac
- Cut off a chunk of celeriac and simply rub it over a grater, using the size of whole you require.
