Bun glaze – a step by step guide
- 5tbs granulated sugar
- 5tbs cold water
- Put the sugar into a small saucepan
- Add the water and bring to a gentle boil over a medium heat on the stove until the sugar has dissolved and the liquid becomes a little bit sticky and syrup like.
- Keep warm until required.
