Ingredients – 2 portions
- 200g spaghetti
- 50g butter
- 50g Parmesan cheese
- 5g Parsley
- Sea salt / pepper to taste
Getting everything ready
- Bring a large saucepan of water to the boil and add the salt. Coil the spaghetti into the saucepan and cook to the ‘al dente’ stage. Drain into a colander.
- Add the butter to the saucepan and return to a gentle heat to melt. Return the spaghetti pasta to the saucepan and coat well with the butter.
- Divide the spaghetti pasta between two warmed bowls. Mill over a little black pepper. Sprinkle the spaghetti with the grated Parmesan and garnish with a little chopped parsley.
