This salad recipe is for a celery and walnut salad. This walnut salad recipe is served with chopped parsley and is quick and easy to make.
Ingredients – Serves 1
- 50g celery
- 30g walnuts
- Parsley, to garnish
- Sea salt / pepper
- Wash and dry the celery sticks. Use a potato peeler to remove any stringy bits from the celery and cut into 0.5cm dice.
- Remove any loose skin from the walnuts and chop them into around 0.5cm pieces. Mix in a bowl with the celery.
- Add a little chopped parsley to the walnut salad and season to taste. Bind with a little mayonnaise.
